Coaching and Mentoring

M.A.C.S.S. have years of relevant industry experience that allows us to assist your OHS personnel through coaching and mentoring techniques to enable them to fully understand their roles and responsibilities and have a better understanding of how to effectively and efficiently manage safety within your organisation.

Training

M.A.C.S.S. have an alliance with specific training providers who can supplement existing OHS skills development and Industry skills based providers that work in accordance with National Training Standards. These RTO providers can be located on our links page. We can assist you to source funding for your training program if available.

Toolbox Talks

At M.A.C.S.S. we have a selection of toolbox talks that are available for purchase at a reasonable cost, they cover any and every topic found in a standard safety program and in particular are geared toward workplace hazards.

They are easy to read and supported by applicable photos and diagrams. Our toolbox talks can be tailored to your organisations requirements.

The toolbox talks are formatted in a logical easy to view and read sequence and they can be used as handout or posters. We can provide basic delivery skills training. Toolbox talks are an essential requirement for a safe site and MACSS will assist the quality and presentation of your communication efforts.
