We have interviewing techniques that enable us to draw vital information from employees while filtering out unsubstantiated data which could skew the incident investigation findings.

Incident investigation is a confidential specialty service that we provide. At the end of the investigation we will produce a quality report that identifies contributory factors and offers practical and effective recommendations for your consideration.

Emergency Response and Contingency Management

The lack of an emergency plan could lead to severe losses such as multiple casualties and possible financial collapse of the organization. A gap analysis is a good way to determine what the current situation is, and where action is critically needed. The protocol for the Emergency Preparedness Gap Analysis covers the following applicable areas:

  •  Emergency Documentation
  •  Training and Competency
  •  Cyclone & Storm Events
  •  Asset Protection
  •  First Aid
  •  Fire Fighting
  •  Self Contained Breathing Apparatus
  •  Height Rescue
  •  Confined Space Rescue
  •  Vehicle Extraction & Recovery
  •  Work over Water
  •  Heavy Vehicle Tyre Fires
  •  Remote Location / Lost Person
  •  Metalliferous U/G Emergency Response
  •  Aircraft Travel

The questions are drawn from legislation, industry codes & practice, procedures and relevant Australian Standards. The audit contains in the order of 200 questions in relation to emergency preparedness, we will drill down a little further than normal; ultimately improvements will be identified.

The review includes an infield inspection; this will include photographs identifying areas for improvement and highlighting good preparation. We will as part of the gap analysis look at any contractor emergency issues if applicable
