Project Mobilisation M.A.C.S.S. can organise your entire OHS component of your site mobilisation from recruitment of key OHS personnel through to training and assessment of your new workforce by qualified experienced mining personnel. M.A.C.S.S. have the skills and experience to ensure your mobilisation is completed using a systematic method that allows you to begin production within a minimal timeframe while working closely with your staff to ensure their needs and requirements as well as possibly those of your clients are being met and achieved. M.A.C.S.S. will ensure your mobilisation will be completed in a professional manner and followed up by support for your permanent OHS personnel through training, coaching and mentoring to ensure all of your OHS objectives are being achieved and maintained. The commencement of any new project presents challenges. We have identified this as a “specialised” area where we can mobilise and put in place at the earliest opportunity systems that will drive performance and ensure early implementation of the safety management plan. Critical Incident Investigation M.A.C.S.S. Directors have extensive experience as critical incident investigation obtained during their time as safety managers and enhanced during their engagement as OHS Inspectors with the South Australian Government Inspectorate. They have the skills and ability to seek out and analyse incident information then identify the critical failures that contributed to the incident occurring. They have interviewing techniques that enable them to draw vital information from employees while filtering out unsubstantiated data which could skew the incident investigation findings. M.A.C.S.S. advisors are professional in their approach and guarantee confidentiality to the organisation for any information they may obtain during the interview and investigation process. At the end of the investigation they will produce a quality report that identifies failures and offers practical and effective recommendations for your consideration. Contractor ManagementM.A.C.S.S. has the skills to critically look at your current contractor management systems to ensure the risk to your organisation, your people, your stakeholders and the general public is minimised and controlled. M.A.C.S.S. have had many years with relevant experience that allows them to assist your subcontractors and direct hire personnel through coaching and mentoring techniques to enable them to fully understand their roles and responsibilities and have a better understanding of how to effectively and efficiently manage safety on your site. Training M.A.C.S.S. have an alliance with specific training providers who can supplement existing OH&S skills development and Industry skills based providers that work in accordance with National Training Standards.
